I aim to create a safe and supportive space where individuals and couples can explore their thoughts, emotions, relationships, and life experiences without judgment. I see therapy as a shared process, where we work together to deepen understanding and make sense of difficulties in a meaningful way.
My work is grounded in systemic thinking, which means I pay attention not only to the individual, but also to the relational contexts and patterns that shape their experiences. Alongside addressing specific challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or issues related to sexual health and identity, I also support clients in developing greater self-awareness and emotional understanding.
Ultimately, my goal is to help clients strengthen their sense of agency, improve their relationships, and create sustainable, meaningful change in their lives at a pace that feels safe and appropriate for them. Ultimately, therapy is a space to better understand yourself and how you form and experience relationships with others.
