I am a licensed psychologist based in Athens, providing psychotherapy to individuals and couples both in person and online. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and a Master's degree in Clinical Psychosexology from Sapienza University of Rome, where I studied with a scholarship. I am also currently completing a four-year training program in Systemic Family Therapy.
My professional experience includes supporting individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, sexual health concerns, and questions related to identity and personal development. I have worked in mental and sexual health settings, as well as with refugee communities in Greece and Italy, which has enriched my understanding of the diverse challenges people encounter throughout their lives.
My approach is collaborative, respectful, and tailored to each person's unique needs. I believe that therapy is not only a space for overcoming difficulties, but also an opportunity to develop deeper self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful change.
I aim to create a safe and supportive space where individuals and couples can explore their thoughts, emotions, relationships, and life experiences without judgment. I see therapy as a shared process, where we work together to deepen understanding and make sense of difficulties in a meaningful way.
My work is grounded in systemic thinking, which means I pay attention not only to the individual, but also to the relational contexts and patterns that shape their experiences. Alongside addressing specific challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or issues related to sexual health and identity, I also support clients in developing greater self-awareness and emotional understanding.
Ultimately, my goal is to help clients strengthen their sense of agency, improve their relationships, and create sustainable, meaningful change in their lives at a pace that feels safe and appropriate for them. Ultimately, therapy is a space to better understand yourself and how you form and experience relationships with others.
