I am a licensed psychologist (MA) and certified Gestalt therapist with extensive training in clinical psychology, trauma therapy, and psychosomatics. Over the past 15 years, I have worked in humanitarian, medical, and crisis intervention settings, supporting individuals affected by war, HIV, chronic illnesses, violence, and grief.
I’ve provided psychological support through national hotlines, international aid programs, and private practice. My professional path includes working with war refugees, survivors of domestic and sexual violence, military personnel, and terminally ill patients. I offer sessions in Ukrainian and Russian and am currently based in Germany, available both online and in-person.
In my work, I offer a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients can feel safe to be themselves and explore what truly matters to them. My therapeutic approach is grounded in Gestalt therapy, which emphasizes presence, emotional awareness, and the unique relationship between therapist and client. I believe that healing happens in connection—with oneself and with others. I support clients in listening to their inner voice, reconnecting with their strengths, and making meaning even in times of pain, uncertainty, or transition. My work is trauma-informed and deeply respectful of each person’s individual pace and history. I often integrate elements from other methods such as grief support, somatic awareness, and gentle cognitive techniques, depending on what best serves the person I am working with.
