I believe in active collaboration between the patient and therapist, working together to improve your emotional well-being. In my practice, I value diversity and inclusion and strive to create a welcoming environment for all identities and experiences. I am committed to providing high-quality care that is judgment-free and based on mutual respect. I conduct therapy sessions in English and Spanish.
I hold a Master's degree in Health Psychology, a postgraduate degree in Psychopathology and Current Clinical Practice from the AASM, and specialized training courses in Psychoanalysis at APdeBA and the University of Buenos Aires (UBA). I am also certified in Psychodynamic Psychology, with diplomas in Psychopathology and Current Clinical Practice, problematic substance use, and autism. I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Psychoanalytic Therapy for the Public Mental Health Network at the University of Barcelona.
Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, past trauma, relationship issues, or simply seeking personal growth, I am here to help you find clarity, strength, and practical tools to navigate life's challenges. I understand that each person is unique, with their own experiences, challenges, and strengths. My psychoanalytic approach focuses on supporting you on your journey toward mental health and self-awareness. I offer a safe and confidential space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
