Approach

Treatment Approaches
CBT: Cognitive behavioural therapyRecommended for those looking for practical support and accountability to change unhelpful thinking and behaviors.
Couples therapySupport for couples working through problems and who want to gain insight into the relational dynamics that contribute to the problem.
Narrative therapyRecommended for those who want to rewrite the way they view their life story and feel more empowered in their personal journey.
Systemic therapyRecommended for those who want to understand how their relationships and environments influence their behavior and emotions, particularly within family or organizational systems.

The therapeutic relationship is fundamental. I will ensure you feel heard, respected, and never judged. Creating a safe and trusting space is the foundation of our work together.

Clear goals and direction. We will collaboratively define goals and outline a plan, so you always have a sense of where we’re headed and what we’re working toward.

A balance between understanding and action. Therapy with me involves two essential aspects: a) Understanding what you're going through — making sense of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. b) Action — identifying and implementing concrete strategies to help you move forward.

Exploring your learning history and life story. Together, we will examine your personal narrative, your past and present relationships, your patterns of learning and adaptation, and the existential phase you're currently in — all of which shape how you experience the world today.
