This practice is for you if you are in a moment in your life where you want to understand yourself better, if you’re looking for personal growth, if you have any “symptoms” or difficulties to express an emotion and that doesn’t allow you to live the life that you want, if you are in a moment of change, if you are in pain, dealing with grief, trauma, disconnection or if you feel lonely with your feelings, then this is the right place for you.
I would define my practice as a holistic space were my role is to accompany you and help you understand your thoughts, your body, your emotions and to create an alignment with yourself. When we are able to make that connection and understand ourselves better its easier to practice self-compassion and to find a way to be there for ourselves in our journey.
