About me
My greatest passion is to guide people to live more authentic and fulfilling lives with deep, nourishing relationships. I've lived abroad for nearly 20 years, in 8 different countries, and I know the struggles with settling in a new place and find connection and purpose.
I've studied personal development my whole life, and I have hundreds of tools in my toolbox to help you to feel better, have deeper relationships, clearer vision of your life and a greater understanding of yourself.
I have both personal and professional experience with healing from depression and childhood trauma, finding my place in the world and fitting in, having healthy relationships, overcoming attachment issues and navigating major life transitions.

The first thing we do in therapy is to get you unstuck.
I offer a warm and welcoming atmosphere where you feel understood and appreciated, and can start reconnecting with yourself on a deeper level.
I'm trained in more than one approach, and will choose the style and interventions that suit you, focusing on your specific goals for therapy. It can include new perspectives you have not considered before, a greater understanding and love for yourself, and learning new skills and practical tools to help you move foward.
I offer sessions in English and Swedish.
