I work primarily within a cognitive-behavioral framework — a practical and structured approach that helps identify unhelpful patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving. Much like coaching, CBT is goal-oriented and focused on real-life results. But unlike coaching, it also explores the deeper emotional roots and unconscious beliefs that may be holding you back.
Alongside CBT, I integrate tools and insights from process-oriented therapy,
systemic family therapy,
projective methods,
and mindfulness-based practices.
This gives me flexibility to meet you where you are — with both depth and direction.
