I have experience with children, teenagers and adults. As a woman living abroad I've experienced the difficulties on adapting to different spaces and culture, which gave me lots of different tools to overcome fears and live a more kind and easy life. I accompany others on this journey of migration, in their process of gaining back their self-esteem, also in the process of grief, empowerment, anxiety, burn-outs, depression, connecting with your body, healing their inner child and understanding their strategies that are no longer functional for them to keep away the pain of whatever is making their wound hurt. I accompany people to understand the costs and consequences of those strategies. I accompany my clients to heal their wounds.
For many individuals, the decision to seek help with personal struggles through psychotherapy is an understandably daunting experience, and it can be difficult to know where to start. A very important part of this journey is finding a good therapist, one in which you can build a “good relationship”, cause this is finally the key for a successful therapeutic work. With this in mind, my therapeutic endeavours are always aimed at facilitating a genuine, honest and real engagement with my clients within and a safe confidential therapeutic space. We will focus on your subjective experience,, your relational and emotional patterns, the ways in which you engage with different situations in life and how your body responds to them.
Together we will explore your experiences and find your resources, learn others, understand and learn about yourself, so that you live a more conscious and pleasant life.
