About me

My path to this work was never straight. It began in my own experience — with anxiety, depression, and struggles that took me to some very dark places before I had words for any of it. Finding my way through taught me what it truly means to feel seen without judgement, and to discover that the answers I needed were already inside me. That lived experience sits at the heart of how I work. I hold a BSc in Psychology from the University of Manchester and am currently completing a Masters in Contemporary Psychoanalysis. I'm also a Compassionate Inquiry graduate through Dr. Gabor Maté's programme, trained in Internal Family Systems, and have worked as a clinical intern with Overcome, a UK mental health charity. I work online, offering sessions across Europe in English. I'm drawn to the place where words haven't arrived yet — the grief that hasn't been named, the belief that shapes everything but lives beneath the surface, the parts of you that have been waiting a long time to be heard. That's the territory I work in. And that's where we go together.

That personal journey is also what drew me to train seriously in this field. I hold a BSc in Psychology from the University of Manchester and am currently completing a Masters in Contemporary Psychoanalysis at the Vidal i Barraquer Institute in Barcelona. I'm also a Compassionate Inquiry graduate through Dr. Gabor Maté's programme, trained in Internal Family Systems, and currently working as a Clinical Psychology Intern with Overcome, a UK mental health charity, where I work under regular clinical supervision. I offer online sessions across Europe in both English and Spanish. I'm drawn to the place where words haven't arrived yet — the grief that hasn't been named, the belief that shapes everything but lives beneath the surface, the parts of you that have been waiting a long time to be heard. That's the territory I work in. And that's where we go together. I work best with people who sense there's something deeper going on — and are ready to stop managing it from the outside and start meeting it from within.
