About me
With over 13 years of experience in therapy, coaching, and counseling, I've dedicated my career to helping individuals unlearn and break old patterns so they can have satisfying lives and healthy supportive connections.
I have a Master's in Social Work with a specialization in Advanced Clinical Practice from Columbia University. During my career I have worked in many different environments ranging from private practice, shelters, community mental health centers, and distance counseling with a broad range of clients with diverse needs. My clinical training has focused on trauma informed care, My specialized training includes cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and psychoanalysis.
I work with individuals from diverse backgrounds, each with their unique stories and challenges. I believe that the journey to wellness is deeply personal, and I use a person centered approach to provide my clients with a compassionate space to explore their history and support them as we make a plan for a better future together.

Reworking how we connect to others is an extremely personal process, so I take a you-first approach in everything we do together. We will start by taking a relationship history to understand what you struggle with the most, what your personal pattern and history looks like, and what is the most valuable for us to focus on.
We’ll identify your personal triggers, your patterns, and the beliefs that have influenced you throughout your life. Together, we’ll map out a practical plan for you to rewrite and rewire the old system by challenging your past beliefs and create opportunities to exercise new patterns so you can start living the lasting, loving connections you deserve with confidence.
