My path into therapy wasn’t something I planned. It unfolded naturally, almost inevitably. I’ve always been deeply introspective—constantly looking inward, seeking answers, and trying to understand myself and the world around me. I went through difficult times with little support, which forced me to learn how to face pain and uncertainty on my own from a young age. Over time, this searching led me to realize that self-understanding was not just a means of survival, but a central purpose in my life.
My personal journey was long and winding. For many years, I walked it alone, without many tools or guidance, often feeling lost and overwhelmed. Eventually, I found the support of a therapist who helped me reach places within myself I couldn’t have accessed alone. With time, some dark corners were illuminated, some inner tensions eased, and some long-standing questions found their answers.
This profound and transformative experience is what brought me here—ready to support others on their own path of self-discovery and healing. Today, I combine my lived experience with professional training to walk alongside those who are curious, courageous, and ready to take ownership of their lives—with compassion, presence, and care.
I have experience working with adults navigating a wide range of challenges—emotional difficulties, life transitions, identity questions, and the desire for deeper self-understanding. My work is rooted in creating a safe, compassionate therapeutic space where clients feel empowered to explore their inner world and take meaningful steps toward healing and change.
I am a humanistic integrative therapist. I specialize in working with adults who seek to better understand themselves and improve their well-being through conscious choices and self-awareness. My approach is holistic—I see the mind, body, and emotions as deeply interconnected, and I hold space for all of those parts in our work together.
At the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship—I believe that real healing and transformation happen within a safe, trusting connection—one where you feel seen, heard, and not judged. I don’t offer quick fixes or miracle solutions—I know healing is a process that unfolds with time, curiosity, and commitment.
I work with people who are ready to look inward, discover new perspectives, challenge unhelpful patterns, and make conscious choices that support their well-being. I offer a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace. If you are curious about yourself and ready to begin this journey, I’d love to walk alongside you.
