I am a licensed psychologist, originally trained in Sweden where I graduated in 2005. Since then, I have expanded my expertise by continuing my education in clinical psychology and neuropsychology here in Barcelona. Over the years, I have developed a strong focus on evidence-based therapies, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which I use to help clients navigate a wide range of challenges.
I am passionate about supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds, including expats, and offer flexible therapy options both online and in-person. Fluent in Swedish, English, and Spanish, I strive to create a safe and empathetic space where clients feel heard and empowered to work towards meaningful change. Whether dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, or life transitions, my goal is to tailor therapy to each person’s unique needs.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based methods, primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I believe therapy is a collaborative process where we work together to understand your experiences, identify unhelpful patterns, and develop practical strategies to improve your well-being.
I tailor each session to your individual needs, focusing on building awareness, acceptance, and actionable change. I aim to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where you feel safe to explore your thoughts and feelings. Whether you are facing anxiety, depression, stress, or challenges related to ADHD or autism, my goal is to empower you with tools that foster resilience and meaningful growth.
