I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Universidad del Pacífico (Peru) and have a corporate background in Human Resources and project management. Later, I expanded my path toward mental health and wellbeing by completing the Expressive Arts Therapy program at TAE Perú and a Master’s in Dance Movement Therapy at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
These studies have allowed me to deepen my experience in the fields of mental health, education, and embodied practices. In addition to my therapeutic work, I facilitate body exploration and movement workshops that encourage self-awareness and emotional expression.
Movement, writing, and nature are my own forms of medicine, they are how I stay connected, inspired, and grounded.
My therapeutic approach is relational, dynamic, and body-centered. I believe that healing happens when people feel seen, safe, and connected, to themselves and to others. Through movement, art, and mindful awareness, I guide clients to explore their inner world, express emotions, and develop greater self-understanding and resilience.
As a Dance Movement and Expressive Arts Therapist, I integrate the body as a central element in the therapeutic process, working beyond words to help clients access emotions and experiences that are often stored or expressed through movement or diverse creative process. I create a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where each person can reconnect with their body, creativity, and unique rhythm.
My work is rooted in presence, curiosity, and collaboration. I accompany clients at their own pace, whether they are seeking emotional regulation, stress relief, self-esteem building, or personal growth. My goal is to help them develop tools that promote both psychological and physical wellbeing, fostering a sense of balance, empowerment, and authenticity.
