My therapeutic practice is rooted in a humanistic, relational, and intercultural framework. I believe that healing is not just about symptom reduction, but about restoring a person's capacity for deep presence, choice, and meaningful connection with themselves and the world around them.
Integrative & Trauma-Informed Framework Every individual’s journey is unique, which is why my work thoughtfully integrates several evidence-based and experiential methodologies. By combining the experiential depth of Gestalt Therapy with specialized trauma frameworks like EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and IFS (Internal Family Systems), I work with both the mind and the body. This integrative model allows us to address immediate emotional distress while gently processing deeper, underlying psychotrauma and relational wounds.
Relational Awareness & Cultural Sensitivity Healing happens in relationship. In our sessions, I emphasize a safe, non-judgmental, and co-created space where relational awareness can flourish. Given my extensive background working across diverse international contexts—including migration, displacement, and collective conflict—I bring a deep intercultural sensitivity to my practice. I am attuned to how systemic factors, cultural backgrounds, and collective histories shape an individual's lived experience.
Reconnecting with Resilience Whether working with individuals or groups, my ultimate goal is to support clients in navigating emotional regulation, transforming inner conflict, and processing painful life transitions. Together, we work to unlock your inherent capacity for resilience, agency, and meaning, helping you move from a state of survival to one of holistic well-being.
