I am a Therapist with eight years of professional experience supporting individuals through life’s emotional, relational, and personal challenges. My journey into this field was driven by a genuine passion for understanding people and helping them feel seen, heard, and supported. Over the years, I have worked with diverse clients and concerns, which has strengthened my ability to meet each person with empathy, curiosity, and respect for their unique story. As well I worked withs groups doing group therapy and as well I give classes as a teacher.
My therapeutic approach is collaborative, client-centered, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I believe meaningful change happens within a safe and trusting relationship, where people feel empowered to explore their thoughts, emotions, and patterns at their own pace. I focus on helping clients build insight, resilience, and practical coping strategies while honoring their strengths and values. I believe that change is the most important thing with what we have to deal in life and we need tools to manage it and I strive to create a space that is emotionally supportive where each person can develop his/her own tools for it.
As both a professional and a person, I value authenticity, growth, and balance. My experience has taught me that healing is not about perfection, but about developing self-awareness, compassion, and tools for navigating life with greater confidence and clarity. I am committed to ongoing learning and self-reflection to ensure I provide thoughtful, ethical, and effective care to those I work with.
