I am Argentine psychotherapist with an integrative approach. I have been accompanying personal processes of self-awareness, personal growth, and emotional unfolding for over 8 years.
I completed my Psychology studies in Argentina, and after working in the educational field for several years, I moved to England and then to Spain, where I furthered my studies and professional experience.
As a professional, I value the importance of connection and empathy in the therapeutic relationship. In my work, I seek to develop tools that enhance the well-being of my clients and accompany them in their process of personal unfoldment, with great respect for individual timelines and paths. My goal is to provide a safe and understanding space where together we can explore your challenges, discover your strengths, and work towards personal growth.
As a psychotherapist, I work with an integrative approach. My working method is based on the belief that each person is unique and, therefore, deserves a personalized approach. I incorporate different tools and techniques adapted to the needs of my clients and therapeutic goals.
I have taken several specialization courses on topics such as anxiety, depression, DBT, family and couples therapy, mindfulness, relational psychoanalysis and emotional regulation through the body.
Mindfulness is very effective for connecting with the present moment and reducing anxiety; Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and cognitive-behavioral approaches help identify and practically change negative thought patterns that cause distress; Systemic therapy and relational psychoanalysis delve into family dynamics and interpersonal relationships; and body integration approaches offer powerful tools for processing emotions and fostering well-being.
