About me

I obtained my training as a coaching and occupational psychologist from Melbourne and London, the latter where I lived and worked for over 15 years. Since 2023 I have been based in Barcelona, working with expats, parents, couples and leaders. My professional background spans roles in the people and change space in the Head Office for UK's Ministry of Defence, National School of Government, as well as in management consulting, where I led and developed organisational and talent programmes. I facilitate parent programmes where I coach parents in groups to help them develop their relationship with their children. I also work with couples to support with relationship challenges.
