I’m a Clinical Psychologist and Family Constellations facilitator. I work with adults on anxiety, depression, somatic and relational issues, addressing their deeper roots and promoting a meaningful change.
I’m a clinical and health psychologist with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Master’s in Clinical and Health Psychology, and training in Family Constellation Therapy. I was born in Russia, lived in Lithuania and Hungary, and I’m now based in Barcelona, where I work as a psychotherapist and Family Constellation facilitator.
My practice is rooted in a holistic approach that integrates various schools of thought — from evidence-based methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy to more somatic and systemic perspectives. This allows me to tailor the therapeutic process to each client’s unique needs and the specific stage of life they are in. I support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, sexual concerns, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Having lived and worked in several countries, I truly value the opportunity to work with people from different cultures and backgrounds. My own experience as an expat helps me connect with clients going through cultural transitions and identity shifts. I offer sessions in English, Russian, and Spanish. Whether you're in crisis or seeking a deeper connection with your inner potential, I aim to offer a grounded and compassionate space for healing, clarity, and meaningful change.
I have a Master’s in Clinical and Health Psychology, where I received training in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to work directly with patterns of thought, behavior, and emotion. At the same time, I’m deeply influenced by systemic and transgenerational perspectives, particularly through my training in Family Constellation Therapy. This work allows me to support clients in exploring deeper and often hidden dynamics — unresolved family issues, inherited patterns, and unconscious entanglements that may still be shaping their present-day lives. Constellation work, which can be done individually or in groups, in person or online, often brings healing not just through insight, but through embodied awareness, symbolic movement, and experiential resolution. In addition to these structured frameworks, I integrate elements from somatic and transpersonal approaches, drawn from workshops and courses I’ve attended. This allows me to hold space for the full complexity of human experience — emotional, physical, relational, and existential. Rather than applying a fixed method, I aim to meet each person where they are, adapting the process to what feels most supportive at that moment in their life.
