A Hungarian-born Londoner currently based in Barcelona, I am a psychologist (with a MA degree in Clinical & Health Psychology) offering therapy in English and Hungarian, mainly online.
With a background spanning hospitality, tech, diplomacy, and the arts, internationally, I bring a broad, culturally attuned perspective to my work.
Alongside my private practice, I deliver workshops for corporate and screen industry clients, facilitate therapy groups, run a psychology film club, and curate events around thought-provoking psychological topics.

I help my clients enhance self-awareness (this is a key starting point to gaining a greater sense of control), boost confidence, overcome anxiety, conquer work and career challenges, deal with attention deficit-related difficulties, regulate heavy emotions, adapt to new or changing relationships, and navigate transitions, particularly (but not exclusively) for those managing their new or not-so-new chapter of life abroad. We'll look at your specific goals and needs, and find route causes and paths towards the desired change.

This is a warm, safe, non-pathologizing and growth-oriented space where you can be (and this is very important): your most authentic self. If it doesn't come easy to you, we'll work on that too. Through open conversations and exercises, we’ll start with focusing on self-awareness, leading to those powerful "aha" moments that will kickstart the process toward change. Therapy can have multiple specific goals, but one general aim is to help you think more clearly, feel lighter, and develop resilience for lasting well-being and growth.
