Since the beginning of my training, I have felt a deep vocation for listening, understanding, and offering a space where each person can feel safe to explore their emotions and move forward in their personal process. I have trained in various areas of psychology, such as Gestalt Therapy, the IFS model, and Brief Strategic Therapy. I mainly work with women from an integrative approach that values the person as a whole.
I offer a space to explore difficulties and open up new possibilities. My work focuses on supporting people in their emotional regulation process. From a trauma-sensitive perspective, I address aspects such as self-esteem, conflict management, life changes, acceptance, and more.
The first session is free and serves as an opportunity for us to get to know each other. You are welcome to come with no obligations :)
