I am a Psychosynthesis counsellor supporting people at life’s crossroads, especially expats who feel torn between their culture of origin and the place they now call home. I accompany my clients on a journey of self-discovery, helping them reconnect with their inner strength and sense of will.
My belief in the power of talking therapy runs deep, shaped by the care I received during low points in my own life. Now, I’m here to pay it forward to others who find themselves struggling.
I grew up as an only child in China, raised to be competitive and hardworking. For years, I built a career in European and American multinationals, until I gave it all up to move to Spain, a country where I didn’t speak the language, knew no one, and had no safety net.
As I rebuilt my life from scratch, I went through an identity crisis, questioned the meaning of life, and grappled with the tension between my cultural roots and the new life I was choosing to create.
Over time, I came to understand the purpose behind the confusion and challenges. That journey brought me to where I am today: walking alongside others in their healing, as I continue my own.

I am trained in Psychosynthesis Psychology, which offers a holistic approach to living. It works with our mind, feelings, body, and spirit and holds the context that each one of us has the potential to uncover our deepest sense of identity and purpose.
I hold a two-fold belief in working with people. On the one hand, I believe the impact of our early life experience and its influence on our present living, much like psychoanalysis; on the other hand, I also believe that we have within us the vast human potential for healing and changes. When we repress our potential, it could lead to the loss of meaning and psychological disturbances.
In our counseling sessions, we may explore the past in order to heal and live more fully in the present. Practitioners like myself would work as guides to accompany you along the way of self-exploration.
