I started my journey in psychology back in 2009. Over the past 15 years, I’ve explored many different theories and approaches—always searching for what truly transforms a life, rather than just offering temporary relief. Today, I’ve refined my practice to include only the methods I find most effective.
I’m not just a theorist in a clinical setting. Like everyone, I’ve walked through my own difficult seasons: I know the pain of divorce, the weight of losing loved ones, and the sheer exhaustion of moving to another country and starting from scratch. I deeply understand those who find themselves in similar circumstances right now. I know how self-confidence can falter and how terrifying it feels to lose your footing. That’s why my work focuses so much on helping you rediscover your worth and build an inner core that remains unshaken by external events.
To me, therapy is first and foremost about trust and honesty. I’m not here to lecture you or give dry advice. My experience—both professional and personal—allows me to create a space where you can truly be yourself, guaranteed by full acceptance, support, and safety. My goal is for you to emerge from our work not just having 'solved a problem,' but feeling more whole and confident that you can handle whatever challenges life brings.
My work is built at the intersection of classical psychology and deep methods of working with the subconscious. If you feel that you 'understand everything intellectually' but nothing changes in your life, it means it’s time to go deeper.
As a hypnotherapist using the regression method, while also working with the unconscious through a Jungian lens, I help clients navigate what remains hidden: from ancestral patterns to repressed parts of the personality (the Shadow).
I am convinced that every request is unique; therefore, I select tools individually based on what will be most effective in each specific situation. My arsenal includes:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy methods, specifically written assignments.
Visualizations and working with imagery.
Coaching exercises (at times) for goal setting.
This integrative approach allows us not only to find the root causes of problems in the past but also to establish concrete steps for changes in the present.
