I have a master's degree in clinical psychology, a practice license from the Minister of Public Health, and membership in the Lebanese Order of Psychologists. Additionally, I am certified in psychoanalysis and trained in various therapeutic approaches including the psychodynamic approach, brief therapies, trauma intervention, transference-focused psychotherapy, CBT, DBT, and couple therapy. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings, develop coping strategies, and work towards leading fulfilling lives.
In my therapeutic approach, I prioritize creating a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and respected. Drawing from a diverse range of therapeutic modalities such as the psychodynamic, psychoanalysis approach, trauma intervention, transference-focused psychotherapy, CBT, DBT, and couple therapy, I tailor my interventions to meet the unique needs of each individual. I work collaboratively with clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, identify areas for growth and change, and develop practical strategies to cope with challenges and achieve their therapeutic goals. Central to my practice is a commitment to ethical principles, confidentiality, and the well-being of my clients, ensuring that our therapeutic relationship is built on trust, respect, and empathy.
