About me

My interest in psychology started from a deep curiosity about people’s inner worlds—what they feel, think, and carry with them quietly. Over time, that interest became a calling. I completed my master’s in psychology and continued training in Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), drawn to its balance of empathy and structure.

I’ve worked with children and youth without parental support, adults dealing with emotional pain, and people navigating complex life transitions. Alongside individual sessions, I also run group therapy. In every setting, my focus is on creating a safe, encouraging space where clients can feel seen, supported, and motivated to grow.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
CBT: Cognitive behavioural therapyRecommended for those looking for practical support and accountability to change unhelpful thinking and behaviors.
CFT: Compassion-focused therapyRecommended for those who want to be kinder to themselves and reduce negative self-talk, often using mindfulness techniques.
DBT: Dialectical behaviour therapyRecommended for those who want to learn skills to manage intense emotions and improve their relationships, especially if they feel easily overwhelmed.

My therapeutic approach is active, compassionate, and collaborative. I primarily use REBT, which helps clients recognize and challenge the beliefs that keep them stuck in emotional distress. Together, we explore thoughts, emotions, and behaviors—not just in theory, but in the real context of your life. While I value structure and clear goals, I always adapt the process to each person’s unique rhythm and needs. Therapy with me is a space where insight meets practical change.
