"Pain is inevitable, but suffering is optional."
Feeling lost?
I’m dedicated to providing a safe space for you to overcome challenges, heal, and find the courage to live a better life.
I’m a Canadian/Serbian clinical psychologist and CBT psychotherapist under supervision specialising in anxiety and depression, based in Serbia. I’ve been drawn to human behavior and relationships for as long as I can remember. I studied psychology at the Faculty of Philosophy in Belgrade, where I earned both my Bachelor's and Master's degrees, focusing on how mindfulness affects depression, anxiety, and stress.
Before moving into psychotherapy, I worked in HR, which helped me develop strong communication skills—something I now use daily in connecting with clients. I’m currently continuing my training at the REBT Education Centre to keep growing as a therapist.
Every person has their own unique story—and yours deserves an approach that fits you. One of my main priorities is making sure you feel truly seen and heard. From that place, we can start our work.
In our sessions, we'll explore what's really going on beneath the surface—how your thoughts and experiences are affecting your everyday life. Think of us as a team: we'll work together to understand what’s holding you back and find personal and evidence-based ways to move forward.
My work is grounded in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), but I also bring in elements from Schema Therapy and mindfulness-based approaches like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). This helps me shape a personalized, balanced experience that fits your needs—not a one-size-fits-all method.
My goal is to help you gain insight, find relief, and develop the tools to handle life’s challenges with more confidence. We’ll take it step by step, together.
