My therapeutic approach is rooted in group analysis, following Foulkes' methodology. From birth, individuals are part of various social groups, and many of our personal challenges stem from interpersonal interactions. As Sullivan (1953) eloquently stated, "If other people are required for a person to become ill, other people are also necessary for healing."
In practice, this means I view therapy as a collaborative process where group dynamics play a crucial role in understanding and resolving psychological challenges. By creating a supportive group environment, we can explore relational patterns, facilitate mutual support, and promote collective and individual healing.
