I am a Gestalt therapist, currently living abroad for the past three years. Alongside my professional path, I am also a mother of three children, which gives me a deep, personal understanding of family dynamics, parenting challenges, and the complexities of balancing different roles in life. Before becoming a therapist, I worked for many years as a restaurant business manager, which taught me resilience, communication, and the importance of human connection in everyday life.
My therapeutic training began in Moscow, and I am now completing my education at the French Institute of Gestalt Therapy. I hold a clinical specialization as well as advanced training in eating disorders and sexual difficulties. I work with adults and adolescents on issues such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship struggles, body image, and life transitions. My approach is warm, relational, and focused on the present moment, helping clients build awareness, inner support, and authentic ways of living.
