About me
Hello! I am Nikita, a dedicated Gestalt therapist and psychological counsellor. My journey into psychotherapy was driven by a deep interest in how we build connections—both with ourselves and with the world around us. Over the years, I have completed over 2,000 hours of professional training, including an in-depth specialization in sexology and intimate relationships.
Originally from Russia, I have gone through the complex and transformative process of relocation and now live and practice in Belgrade, Serbia. This personal experience of immigration has given me a profound understanding of the challenges expats face: from the loss of a familiar environment to the search for a new identity and meaning in a foreign country.
In my private practice, which I have been running continuously since 2022, I work individually with adults. I am also the co-founder and project head of "Vmeste", a professional group support service. Outside the therapy room, I believe in the importance of grounding and physical connection, which I find through sports like Padel and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, running, and taking care of my two rescued dogs. I conduct sessions in Russian.

My work is rooted in Gestalt therapy, a humanistic approach that focuses on your present experience—the "here and now". I do not act as a distant, medicalized expert who will "fix" you or give you a rigid set of instructions. Instead, we work collaboratively as two equal human beings.
In our sessions, my primary focus is to help you expand your awareness. We will explore how you make choices, how you contact with others, and how past experiences or unexpressed emotions might be interrupting your current happiness. We will look not only at your thoughts but also at your bodily sensations and feelings.
A significant part of my practice is dedicated to sexuality and relationship counseling. In this sensitive area, I ensure an absolutely safe, inclusive, and shame-free environment. Whether you want to discuss your desires, personal boundaries, intimacy issues, or identity, you will meet deep acceptance and professional support.
Whether you are dealing with a crisis of self-esteem, relationship difficulties, burnout, or the stress of adapting to a new country, my goal is to support you in finding your own internal support and living a more authentic, satisfying life.
