My approach to psychotherapy is the psychoanalytic method in which a person is encouraged to investigate with the help of free association, his or her unconscious motives and roadblocks that could be hindering his or her personal growth and conflict resolution. I work on looking into the causes that brought the distressing symptoms so the person can understand the reasons why suffering persists, patterns are repeated and by doing so make better choices for his or her life.
