About me
My passion for Mental Health and Counselling has led me to serve the community as a Counselor. I believe that everyone's story deserves to be heard at some point in their lives. I am dedicated to providing guidance and support to clients in need. The desire to learn new approaches and improve my knowledge drives me.
In addition to earning a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology, UGC-NET qualified, I am also a certified NLP practitioner. The Counselor Council of India has awarded me a lifetime membership, APA International affiliated membership, and various certificates from universities such as Toronto, Wesleyan, and John Hopkins. My goal is to bring my clients to complete awareness of themselves. I try to understand the client's needs and goals and focus on helping them process their emotions so they can better cope with life's challenges.

A blend of therapies like BT, CBT, REBT, SIT, NLP, Gestalt, humanistic, and Assertiveness Training are used in my sessions. I cater to my client's needs and then tailor a suitable approach based on their requirement.
