I am an art therapist with a Master’s degree in Art Therapy from the University of Haifa. I work primarily with children in kindergarten and elementary school, supporting their emotional, social, and developmental needs.
My name is Naomi. I am a 29-year-old art therapist with a strong background in working with children with diverse emotional and developmental needs. I hold a Master’s degree in Art Therapy from the University of Haifa.
Over the past three years, I worked as a behavioral specialist and inclusion facilitator for children with special needs in schools, supporting both their academic and social integration. I also led art groups for children with special needs, as well as groups in schools and kindergartens. During my training as an art therapist, I completed internships in an ASD kindergarten and in a therapeutic center for children with emotional difficulties.
In October 2024, I moved to Berlin and continued to work with children through art therapy. I also run a private art therapy studio that offers a bright, warm, and safe environment for children. With a wide range of art materials and opportunities for both creative work and play, the space allows children to express themselves freely and explore their inner world in ways that feel comfortable and engaging.
My therapeutic approach is child-centered, creative, and supportive. I believe that children often communicate and process their experiences through play and creativity, and that art provides a natural and accessible language for expressing emotions that may be difficult to verbalize.
In therapy, I aim to create a safe and trusting environment where children can explore their inner world through art, play, and creative activities. In my clinic, children can choose between different forms of expression, including art materials, games, and imaginative play with costumes. This flexibility allows each child to find the way that feels most comfortable and meaningful for them.
Together, we use the creative process to better understand the child’s experiences, challenges, and strengths. Through this process, children can develop emotional awareness, self-expression, confidence, and new ways of coping with difficulties.
