I firmly believe that each individual possesses the necessary resources to overcome these obstacles.
My aim is to enable my clients to rediscover their well-being, while empowering them to find meaning in their lives.
I was born in Switzerland. Until I was 9, that was my world.
Then we moved to a small village in Portugal—80 people, quiet, close-knit. My parents were hard workers. I watched firsthand what work does to a person: the exhaustion, the sacrifice, the way it shapes everything.
Now I live in Berlin. Nearly 4 million people. A completely different world. That journey—from Switzerland to a tiny Portuguese village to one of Europe's biggest cities—taught me something important: context changes everything. Culture, expectations, pressure, pace. I've worked with international clients my whole career, navigating different languages, values, and what "success" means in different places. That's shaped how I understand people.
But what shaped me most was watching my parents. I saw the real cost of unsustainable work—on the body, the mind, relationships, identity. I saw how a job can consume a life if nothing changes.
I trained in neuropsychology at the University Hospital of Porto and built my practice in Berlin.
I work with high-performers, ambitious professionals, and anyone facing burnout—because I understand, deeply, what that costs.
Here's what I know: Things can be different. Work doesn't have to take everything. You can be ambitious and well. It requires understanding what's happening, getting practical help, and genuine change.
I am a Clinical and Health Psychologist specializing in burnout, chronic stress, and anxiety—particularly in the context of demanding work environments and major life transitions.
My clinical approach is grounded in evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions.
I help clients understand the neuropsychological and emotional mechanisms of exhaustion, overload, and loss of meaning, and develop practical strategies to restore energy, clarity, and balance.
I have gained experience in Neuropsychology at the University Hospital of Porto, as well as through International Holistic Retreats and Private Clinical practice in Berlin.
I work with adults facing Burnout prevention and recovery, chronic stress, self-esteem difficulties, anxiety disorders, phobias, and depression.
My work focuses on providing concrete, applicable tools to regulate emotions, strengthen boundaries, and sustainably navigate everyday stress.
Sessions are available in French, English, or Portuguese, depending on your needs.
