Perinatal Focused Psychological Counselling, Berlin & Online
Support through fertility, pregnancy, birth, loss and early parenthood Consultation in English and Hungarian - All family forms and backgrounds are welcome
I offer psychological consultations tailored to your individual needs, providing a supportive and confidential space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and challenges.
My empathic approach creates a safe, non-judgmental space where all emotions - from joy to grief, from certainty to ambivalence - are welcomed and validated.
Whether you're navigating stress, anxiety, relationship difficulties, living abroad or seeking personal growth, I work collaboratively with you to develop practical strategies and deeper self-understanding.
Whether you're experiencing unexpected feelings, facing difficult decisions, or simply need someone to witness and support your unique experience, I welcome you warmly.
I view the perinatal period as one of life's most emotionally rich and transformative stages - a time when joy, grief, ambivalence, and countless other feelings can coexist. My work focuses on supporting individuals and families as they navigate this complex journey, offering a safe space to explore emotions, deepen self-knowledge, and work through challenges that arise during pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood.
I believe that every perinatal journey is deeply personal and deserves to be met with genuine warmth and understanding.
Drawing on holistic knowledge of the perinatal period, I support you in honouring both the physical and emotional transformations of this time, helping you navigate challenges while discovering new depths of self-awareness and resilience.
Sessions are available both in-person and online, I also offer "walk&talk" sessions after initial consultation.
Frequently Asked Questions
Who do you work with?
I work with individuals, partners and couples who are trying to conceive, pregnant, or raising a baby or young child. I'm especially familiar with the experience of building a family far from home. All family forms and backgrounds are welcome (LGBTQ+ families, single parents, adoptive parents)
Do I need to be pregnant or have a baby to book?
No. You can come while you're hoping to conceive, during a loss or fertility struggle, or years after a birth that still feels unfinished.
You can also come if you're undecided about having children, if childlessness is not what you had imagined for your life, or if you're grieving a path that didn't happen.
Can my partner join, and can I bring my baby?
Yes, partners are welcome on the birth preparation sessions or in consultations where we find it relevant to involve them. The individual sessions are your personal space. We keep them for you private.
Babies are welcome up to 3 years of age.
What happens in the first session?
The first session lasts 90 minutes. We talk about what brought you here, what you hope for, and how I work. Before that you can book a free 30-minute call to see whether we're a good fit. There's no pressure to continue afterwards.
Do you work with insurance?
Sessions are self-pay. Some private insurances and supplementary plans reimburse Heilpraktiker psychotherapy, so please check with your insurer first.
How much does it cost, and can I pay less?
The first 90-minute session costs €110 and each 50-minute session costs €85. A limited number of sliding-scale sessions at €45 are available. Sessions are self-pay.
