In my practice, I aim to support those who seek me out in their personal and interpersonal exploration or in facing a more challenging period of life. I believe that each person is unique and has intrinsic value.
On a personal level, alongside my clinical practice, I am passionate about literature and writing, the enchantment of nature and animals, and the freedom offered by movement and dance. I believe in the transformative power of love and the innate wisdom of our bodies.
"The only way out is through"... ...moving forward with a spirit of curiosity and self-compassion.
I work with an Integrative and experiential approach, incorporating specific techniques in a frame that is tailored to the individual needs of the patient and working on a mind-body connection, developing body awareness through somatic attention.
You can expect to be guided within your own truth regarding what is most important and what needs to happen for change to occur, thereby focusing on your empowering: the patient is the heroic main protagonist, and the therapeutic relationship is the vehicle.
Regardless of the specific reason that brings you to therapy, I believe there is a true transformative power in choosing to be welcomed and respected in a space created for you—where you are genuinely heard and can feel safe to be vulnerable and in touch with yourself.
It's not always easy, but it's always worth it. Welcome!

** I believe in the value of therapeutic continuity and depth. Therapy is not a quick-fix, and it is something we create together! I work best with clients who are ready to engage in a consistent, weekly based process that allows for meaningful, lasting change —rather than seeking short-term symptom relief alone.
** If you are in Berlin, in-person sessions are a possibility.
I began my clinical work at the Community Support Service of the Faculty of Psychology, University of Lisbon, supporting low-income communities. Currently, I maintain a private practice and work as a clinical psychologist at Clínica Transformar and with O Projecto, offering psychotherapy both online and in person.
My Master's Degree is in Clinical and Health Psychology (Faculty of Psychology, University of Lisbon), specialised in Integrative CBT. As my master thesis, I worked on creating and validating the Therapeutic Presence Inventory to the Portuguese population, conducting its first psychometric studies in Portugal. In addition to my foundational CBT education, I have been focusing my professional development on areas such as relationships, mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and attachment. With an integrative approach, I am deepening my understanding and practice of parts work, somatic approaches, Internal Family Systems (IFS), AEDP, and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), integrating these modalities into my work as I continue to expand my knowledge and skills.
