About me
I am a Clinical Psychologist (M.Sc.) with a focus on perinatal mental health, attachment, and identity development.
I work with women navigating pregnancy, early motherhood, and major life transitions, particularly those living abroad and balancing different cultural expectations. Having built my own life as an expat, I understand how questions of belonging and identity can shape emotional wellbeing.
I am also the founder of Nurturing Nest, a psychologist-led program in Berlin supporting English-speaking pregnant women through the psychological transition into motherhood.

With adults, I combine evidence-based interventions, focusing on emotional regulation, attachment patterns, and identity development. I aim to create a reflective and structured space where vulnerability and strength can coexist.
In my work with children and families, I integrate play therapy and Theraplay-informed techniques to strengthen co-regulation, emotional expression, and secure parent–child relationships. I aim to create a safe, reflective space where growth and complexity are welcomed.
