Psychologist with a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Clinical Psychology. I help clients navigate anxiety, depression, and emotional challenges. Sessions available in English, Urdu, Hindi, and German (B2).
I am a psychologist with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and over the past few years I have gained experience working with individuals facing anxiety, low mood, and emotional challenges, including health anxiety and stress-related concerns.
I am interested in understanding how people experience and cope with difficult emotions, and I take a thoughtful and individualized approach in my work. I have also had exposure to working with trauma-related concerns, and I approach such topics with sensitivity and care.
I understand that reaching out for support can feel difficult, and I aim to create a space where clients feel safe, respected, and not judged. My goal is to help you better understand your thoughts and emotions, and to support you in developing ways to cope that feel manageable and realistic in your daily life.
My approach is client-centered and collaborative, meaning I work with you to understand your individual experiences rather than applying a fixed method. I aim to create a supportive and structured space where you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace.
My training has a strong foundation in psychoanalytic thinking, which focuses on understanding underlying patterns, emotions, and past experiences that shape how we relate to ourselves and others. At the same time, I also integrate practical, evidence-based techniques, including cognitive and behavioral approaches, depending on your needs.
Sessions focus on both gaining deeper insight into your experiences and developing realistic strategies to manage current challenges. I prioritize creating a non-judgmental and empathetic environment where you feel heard, understood, and supported throughout the process.
I have gained hands-on experience through multiple clinical psychology internships in hospital and clinical settings, where I worked alongside psychologists supporting individuals with anxiety, mood-related difficulties, and emotional distress.
My role included observing therapy sessions, assisting in psychological assessments, and preparing case summaries, which gave me insight into both the clinical and personal aspects of psychological care. I have worked with both adults and children, adapting to different needs and communication styles.
Through my work in international and multidisciplinary environments, I have developed a strong ability to connect with clients from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
