About me

I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist, licensed since 2014 and board-certified as a Clinical Psychology Specialist since 2019. Throughout my career, I have worked in psychiatric hospitals, outpatient mental health clinics, educational settings, and private practice. These experiences have allowed me to support kids, adolescents and adults facing a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges, including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, personality disorders, eating disorders, relationship difficulties, and life transitions.

My therapeutic approach is primarily psychodynamic and integrative, with an emphasis on understanding the deeper emotional patterns that shape our relationships, thoughts, and behaviors. I believe that a safe, curious, and non-judgmental therapeutic relationship can help people gain insight, strengthen resilience, and create meaningful change. In addition to individual psychotherapy, I offer couples therapy and have completed professional training in mindfulness-based psychedelic integration, providing preparation and integration sessions for individuals before or after psychedelic experiences.

I have been working in private practice in Berlin for several years, offering therapy both in person and online. As an immigrant myself, I understand firsthand the complexity of building a life in a new country and have a particular interest in supporting immigrants and expats through the emotional, relational, and identity-related challenges that this transition can bring.

I provide therapy in Hebrew and English, and I also speak Russian and German. These languages can be incorporated into the therapeutic process whenever it feels helpful or natural. Alongside my clinical work, I teach psychological assessment to psychologists at different stages of their professional training.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
Clinical psychologyRecommended for those who need help with diagnosing and treating more complex mental health issues, often involving assessments and evidence-based treatments.
Couples therapySupport for couples working through problems and who want to gain insight into the relational dynamics that contribute to the problem.
Psychodynamic therapyRecommended for those looking to explore their emotions deeply and understand how past experiences shape their present life.

My work is grounded primarily in psychodynamic psychotherapy, while integrating ideas and techniques from other therapeutic approaches when they best serve the individual. Rather than focusing only on symptom relief, I aim to help people understand the deeper emotional patterns, unconscious processes, and relationship dynamics that influence how they experience themselves and the world.
