My practice focuses on nurturing self-compassion and acceptance, supporting you in embracing all aspects of yourself and overcoming negative beliefs and behaviors that cause you pain.
As a trained clinical psychologist with a Master's degree from the IPU in Berlin, I bring a wealth of practical expertise as well as academic rigor to my practice. My journey in therapeutic and psychosocial support has been instrumental in shaping my professional identity.
Beyond my academic pursuits, my hands-on experience spans various domains including social work, crisis intervention, and substance abuse rehabilitation. My experience encompasses supporting individuals and couples navigating various difficulties, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related conditions, and challenges in interpersonal or relational dynamics. I help clients work through conflicts, improve communication, and build healthier relationships, whether in individual or couple-focused work. Each facet of my professional and academic journey contributes to a holistic understanding of human behaviour and the intricacies of supporting individuals through their unique challenges.
My practice centers on nurturing self-compassion and acceptance, supporting you in embracing all parts of yourself while working through the beliefs and patterns that cause pain. I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you feel seen, heard, and supported on your journey toward healing and self-discovery.
Rooted in psychodynamic principles, my approach draws from Relational and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), as well as Jungian psychology, particularly shadow work and inner child healing. EFT helps us explore emotions with curiosity and care, recognizing them as valuable messengers. Inner child work invites us to reconnect with the younger parts of ourselves that still hold unmet needs or forgotten joy. Shadow work brings awareness and compassion to the parts of ourselves we’ve suppressed or rejected—often unlocking deep insight and hidden strengths.
At the heart of my work is the belief that our relationships—with ourselves and others—deeply shape how we move through the world. By exploring relational patterns and emotional experiences together, we uncover unconscious dynamics that keep us feeling stuck and begin to shift them with greater awareness and compassion.
Blending these approaches allows us to address long-standing wounds and unmet needs, fostering greater self-understanding, emotional freedom, and a more integrated sense of self.
