Experience: Over the past 12 years, I have worked as a psychologist with hundreds of individuals, both as a freelancer and in different organizations. I have extensive experience in the psychosocial field, where I have supported individuals in stabilizing and improving their emotional and mental state in daily life, as well as in crisis situations and life transitions. I have been in advanced psychotherapy training for three years and have completed over 3,000 hours. Currently I have been offering psychotherapy for different mental disorders under supervision at the university outpatient clinic for one and a half years.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s individual needs. I aim to provide a safe and supportive space where you can better understand your experiences, develop helpful coping strategies, and work toward greater emotional well-being. I use various counseling and therapeutic techniques. My main methods are behavioral psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) frameworks and techniques. I also incorporate mindfulness, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and body-oriented tools into my work.
