My work is trauma-informed, body-aware, and ethically grounded.
As a clinical psychologist with psychodynamic training, I combine talk therapy with approaches such as Somatic Experiencing, inner child work, breathwork, and mindful body awareness.
I work with people who:
have suffered (covert) narcissistic abuse
lose themselves in emotionally demanding relationships
are shaped by guilt, shame, or codependency
feel exhausted from “always being strong”
experience their nervous system in a constant state of alert

building inner safety after years of people-pleasing
recognizing and breaking patterns of codependency & self-sabotage
