About me
Originally from Berlin, I completed my BSc Psychology and MSc Psychology in the Netherlands. Afterwards, I did an internship in a psychiatry in Berlin, where I worked with patients suffering from depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, and eating disorders. During my work at the psychiatry, I facilitated mindfulness groups and psychoeducative groups. Also, I helped patients with planning their future after the clinic. I support you with exploring your inner conflicts and relationship conflicts, identifying your inner strengths and resilience, finding adaptive coping strategies, and recognizing your individual needs.

Having practiced Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, I look at dysfunctional patterns involving thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. Furthermore, I believe that defining one's values and committing to them again and again can help in living a more conscious, fulfilling, and happier life. In my practice, I'm offerring a curious and empathetic space, where we can explore together and identify what you need. During my Career Management studies I learned different coaching approaches that can help you in finding out more about your career goals. Therefore, I am also here to support you with your career-related questions.
