I completed most of my education in Australia, Graduating with a Degree Speech Language Therapy (Honours) and currently completing my Grad. Dip in Psychology. I completed my Transformational Coaching training in the USA. Combined, I have vast experience in the field of Psychological Coaching, utilising a range of methods such as cognitive-behavioural therapy, mindset coaching, and trauma-sensitive practices.
I trained in Internal Family Systems work, and utilise this in much of my work. I wrote my honours thesis on behavioural traits in Autism Spectrum Disorder. Outside of coaching, I am a writer, author and business owner, in the space of natural food, wine, and psychological philosophy.
On a more personal note, I had breast cancer when I was 26 and lost my mother to it at a young age; I live with the BRCA-2 gene mutation. Originally from Australia, I have now lived as an expat for many years in Sardinia (Italy), Berlin (Germany), and now Møn Island (Denmark). And I am now a mother of a daughter born in 2022. I, therefore, have an understanding of the vast complexities these experiences can bring and how they can transform our being.
I currently work flexibly and online so that I can also balance care for my daughter.
