Feeling stuck, lost, or running on empty? I help ambitious, overwhelmed women break free from stress, self-doubt, and the cycle of self-depletion—so they can stop living on autopilot and start creating a life of clarity, balance, and deep fulfillment. As an ICF-accredited Holistic Life Coach (ACC) and mindfulness teacher, I integrate cutting-edge coaching tools, nervous system regulation, and self-compassion practices to help you move from anxiety and uncertainty to confidence and alignment. My work is rooted in professional ethics, psychology-informed coaching, and a deep understanding of the mind-body connection. Beyond coaching, I lead women’s retreats, workshops, and reflective circles—guiding women to slow down, reconnect, and make empowered choices from a place of self-trust. I know firsthand what it’s like to feel stuck—achieving yet unfulfilled, constantly busy but disconnected. Living according to expectations that weren’t mine. My own journey of breaking free from old patterns and redefining success is what fuels my passion for this work.
