About me

Hello! Welcome to my profile 🙋🏻‍♀️

I am Meg, a psychologist & ADHD coach from Poland, currently living in Berlin.

I know that having ADHD and navigating life in the neurotypical sociaty may be challenging.

That's why I provide ADHD coaching in solution based approach to help you:

💡Understand and manage ADHD after diagnosis through psychoeducation. 💡Improve time and priority management with actionable steps to reach your goals. 💡Overcome procrastination by building supportive habits. 💡Take control of daily life with routines tailored to your energy levels. 💡Regulate emotions and manage stress to enhance relationships and self-awareness. 💡Embrace self-acceptance and set healthy boundaries to avoid overwhelm.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
ACT: Acceptance and commitment therapyRecommended for those who want to stop fighting negative thoughts and learn how to live with more acceptance and focus on what really matters in life.
CoachingRecommended for those who want support and motivation to achieve personal or professional goals, often with a structured, goal-oriented approach.
Solution-focused therapyRecommended for those who want quick, practical solutions to their problems without focusing too much time on the past.

🌱 I offer a supportive, non-judgmental space where we can together explore what truly works for you, develop practical strategies, and foster self-acceptance.

🌱 I believe in partnership - I know how to help with conversation, and you know yourself best. We'll work together on what's important to you, and using reliable psychological knowledge, we'll find a tailor-made solutions.

🌱 I don't think about what you lack and what you don't do well at. Instead, I bring out your strengths and resources that you may not yet realize you possess.

🌱 This process will help you take the helm of life into your own hands, but it will require you to be committed to change.

🌱 In my coaching practice, I use elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). These methods allow me to tailor sessions to the unique needs of my clients. I adhere to the standards of the International Coaching Federation and undergo regular supervision. I work with individuals over the age of 18.

Testimonials:

"Meg was relatable and non-judgmental during our sessions. She recommended strategies to understand the core issues and tools to work on overcoming symptoms like procrastination and a delayed sleep cycle. I noticed improvement after 3-4 sessions and always felt comfortable discussing what worked for me and what didn’t."

"I don’t think I’ve ever encountered such an understanding of my problems and openness about my ADHD difficulties."

" I recommend Meg as a coach, particularly if you think you might have ADHD or observe some symptoms of it. I realised that some things are struggled with come from AHDH which was never diagnosed. Meg helped me to work out some strategies to deal with it."
