About me

Driven by a lifelong curiosity for the human experience and a deep passion for authentic connection, I ultimately embraced the professional path of becoming a Non-Medical Practitioner for Psychotherapy in Berlin committed to make a difference on the healing journey of those I support along the way.

I am a certified ADHD Coach, Mindfulness Practitioner, BrainFit and MemoFit Trainer (with focus on learning difficulties and cognitive decline) and I have completed several trauma-focused trainings.
Alongside my native Italian, I speak fluent English, German and French.
My desire to explore how cultures and communities shape the way we live led me to pursue a degree in Sociology followed by a second degree in Visual Arts, where I learned to approach experiences, emotions and identity through creative expression and connection.

While living abroad, I have developed my skills in international contexts such as adult and family coaching, inclusive social projects, refugees support, child care and education, creative workshops and HR coaching roles.

Continuous learning and self‑awareness grow out of ongoing practice, which is why I remain committed to deepening and nourishing my competencies through workshops, seminars and regular supervision.

I am also available for in‑person sessions upon arrangement.
You’re welcome to book a free intro call. I look forward to meeting you!

Approach

Treatment Approaches
Polyvagal theoryPolyvagal Theory is a neuroscience-informed approach that explores how the autonomic nervous system shapes our sense of safety, connection, and stress responses. Practitioners who integrate Polyvagal Theory help clients understand their physiological reactions and develop skills for nervous system regulation.
Somatic coachingRecommended for those who want to use body awareness and movement to release emotional tension and promote personal growth.
Trauma informed careRecommended for those who have experienced trauma and need a safe, supportive space to heal at their own pace.

Through mindfulness, nervous system regulation and evidence‑based tools I create a safe space for listening and transformation, where every experience and emotion is allowed to exist and gently explored.

If you’re facing a challenging situation or life transition, feeling stuck in overwhelm, stress, in difficulties with relationships, focus, learning and you are longing for more clarity and inner calm, I support you in restoring balance and moving toward your goals. I help you in processing difficult or stuck emotions, situations and memories to cultivate resilience, self‑trust, safety and connection with yourself and others.

Using the integration between mind and body I guide you into a journey of self-discovery and personal growth while embracing the uniqueness of every individual story. My approach encompasses mindfulness, breathing techniques, mind-body work, self-regulation tools, brain fitness and creativity practices to work through experiences and emotional imprints, to challenge pattern and build new resources for your personal development.
