Approach

Treatment Approaches
Existential analysisRecommended for those who are searching for deeper meaning in life or are struggling with big questions about existence, freedom, and purpose.
** Approaches In recent years, responding to the changing societies, also new realities, lifestyles, needs, and demands of people, my therapeutic philosophy and approach has naturally changed from clinical psychotherapy to Life-Coaching. In this new approach, the focus of my sessions is initially on what the client sees as a problem or unwanted life-situation, leading then to identifying core related matters, issues, obstacles, solutions, and specific practical strategies, which could change the unwanted situation to a desirable, better, or manageable one. Upon the nature of presented problem, also my judgment on the necessity and usefulness, or the request of client for a specific assistance, the focus of each session may include the following: Discussing a specific problem, analyzing information for decision-making, providing related insights, guided practices for handling a difficult life situation, identifying patterns of thinking, emotions, and behavior, discussing socialization barriers and relationships at home or workplace, encouraging intellectual analysis and discussions, providing support, allowing or encouraging ventilation, objective planning for self-growth, and enhancing life qual While the number of life-coaching sessions may vary for each client and on each presented situation or desired goal, every single session by itself can stand as useful or fruitful for the client. ** My work schedule is flexible and clients could ask for urgent scheduling by calling me at +49 1624859837. ** Regular or timely Life-Coaching and Counseling sessions, often act as a preventive measure to reduce the risk of developing mental illnesses and a clinical diagnosis such as major depressive disorder, chronic obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), or suicide ideation. People with such conditions however, according to the severity of their illness, need to seek clinical treatment by clinicians, prior to or along with the life coaching counseling sessions.
