***I am currently offering a Schema Therapy group in German and welcome anyone interested to reach out.*** I aim to provide a safe and supportive space where you can explore challenges, discover strengths, and grow. Over the years, I have worked with clients from diverse backgrounds and believe deeply in each person’s capacity for change. My work is grounded in research, yet always tailored to your individual needs and goals. Transparency, empathy, and authenticity are central to how I work. My integrative approach combines classical CBT with newer frameworks such as Schema Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and trauma focused methods including EMDR, NET, and IRRT. I also incorporate body oriented and mindfulness based techniques. I work with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma related symptoms, and psychosis. I also support trans clients throughout their transition process and work with individuals who have experienced altered states of consciousness and seek help integrating these experiences. I invoice according to the German Scale of Psychotherapy Fees (GOP). The listed fees are examples of standard billing codes and may vary individually. Please feel free to ask if you have questions.
