I am an analytically oriented psychologist with almost ten years of practice, combining active imagination, somatic work, and integrative approaches to support clients in reconnecting with themselves and transforming through symbolic and bodily experience.
I support people going through stress, trauma, depression, anxiety, psychosomatic tension, and the emotional challenges of forced migration or major life transitions. My professional background includes a degree in practical psychology and advanced training in body-oriented and analytical methods, including the Augmented Psychotherapy Training at MIND in Berlin, where we were trained to integrate psychedelic experience and develop legal practice with ketamine for the treatment of depression.
In our sessions, I offer a calm and attentive space where we explore what is happening in your inner world — in thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations. Together we look at recurring patterns, inner conflicts, and what feels difficult to express. The work unfolds through dialogue, reflection, and awareness practices that help you reconnect with yourself and find more clarity, balance, and inner freedom.
