My journey into psychology began when I was 19—at first as a passion: helping friends and loved ones, helping myself, and creating realistic characters for my books… Later, it became a conscious professional choice. As a self-taught learner, I initially immersed myself in books and research, and then, over 10 years of working as a teacher and homeroom teacher, I learned the most important thing: to listen, understand, and support.
My first “clients” were children and their families: I helped them resolve conflicts, find common ground, and overcome difficulties that sometimes seemed impossible to solve.
Life experience and personal therapy became an essential part of my professional path. A natural next step was the decision to obtain formal education in psychology.
Today, I’m at a point where I clearly understand myself, my values, and my life goals. I’m in a stable relationship, and my professional path has become not just a job, but a mission.
If you or your child are facing difficulties, feel stuck, or simply want to understand yourself better—let’s take this journey together.
I work both in a short-term psychological counseling format and in non-medical psychotherapy—within the psychological approaches and methods I use.
