I am an Italian psychologist based in Berlin. I have completed my psychotherapy training in Italy and will soon graduate. I offer sessions in Italian and English. Besides, I work as a researcher at the university. Through my journey, I have developed a curious and compassionate approach toward mental health. In particular, I wish to provide support for fellow expats in Berlin.
I live and work in Berlin and have recently completed a 4-year training as a cognitive-constructivist psychotherapist in Milan, Italy. This integrative approach focuses on the construction and discussion of one's own narratives, with the assumption that there is no absolute truth. This approach requires intense commitment and does not provide easy or immediate solutions.
I currently offer online only psychological counseling sessions in both Italian and English.
A weekly rhythm is advised and preferred. No-shows and late cancellations (less than 24 business hours' notice before the appointment) will be charged and invoiced.
Note: I currently have very limited availability for the intake of new patients for short-term counseling (a few months), online only (self-paying).
